3 Booking & Scheduling

4 Payment & Pricing

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
6 Customer Obligations
To ensure a safe and effective service, you agree to:

- petsSecure pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
- warningDisclose any known hazards, including mold, asbestos, or structural issues, prior to service.
- powerEnsure utilities (electricity, water) are available and functional at the time of service.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Duct Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We carry full liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our technicians during service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
8 Service Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, customer-caused damage, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Pacific Duct Systems and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
